In Jira Cloud., how do we create a glossary of terms for a project for standardized spelling, format and definitions in a tool tip?

Unfortunately Jira does not have a glossary and there are no Jira Apps dedicated to fulfilling this requirement,

Instead, my suggestions would be;

1. Use Confluence to create a glossary, there are even Apps on the marketplace dedicated to this requirement.
2. Create a Standard Issue within Jira on each of your projects and build out a bullet point list of terms, if there are too many terms you could create multiple Standard Issues within each project perhaps one for every letter of the alphabet (not the easiest task unfortunately).
