Hey Folks,
I am trying to connect Jira Cloud with Claude AI, but the following error has appeared.
I added the Atlassian Rovo Connector to Claude. When trying to connect, the attached screen appeared.
I checked the documentation; it seems that claude.ai domain is Atlassian-supported, so there is no need to add the domain in the Rovo MCP server section.
What else should I configure in Jira in order to connect them?
Thanks in advance

Thanks for the answer.
I have a Claude subscription; also, the emails for Claude and Cloud are the same.

Hi @Gor Greyan
Do you have a role or permissions on the the space you want use in the context?
Or in admin.atlassian.com on the related Site in the app setting, is the setting "User Installed Apps" enabled?

Dear @Marc -Devoteam-
The issue was the user, yes :D
In Claude, authorization was being done via my Gmail, my 2 accounts have the same picture :D That is why I get confused.
Thanks for your help.
