Jira Clone not Triggering New Create on other Project

I have Project A Clone an Issue to project B. Clone in Project B not triggering comment automation to send to user of ticket creation in other project. I am using the New Issue Trigger. What am I missing?

@Hector.Hood Have you ticked this tick box in the Details section of the automation rule? This will be required if you are wanting one rule to trigger another.
