Jira Charting Plug-in - when plotting chart, can I say start plotting from a particular date?

Now the options is, previous xx days and in this way we have to keep updating the days every day to get the correct metrics from the chart. Is there any workaround?

I know, I can do this at the filter level by saying only get issues from this date. I would also like to know if this is achievable when plotting the chart?

No I guess. You need to customize the plugin to get that functionality.
