Jira Bulk Change error

Hi Team,

When our users are trying to bulk-change tickets, they are always getting the below error. "users" and "jira-software-users" are already added to "Bulk Change" global permission.

Do any idea about this is an error on bulk change?

Is there an actual error message or just the log referral number?

You will need to have a Jira Administrator contact Atlassian Support directly about that, assuming you are using a product with an up to date license and support contract.
