Hey there, I cannot figured out how's Jira's Bugs dashboard works.

Once I create an Issue it goes to the specific project's backlog and there is no track of record of issues in Bugs dashboard. I would like all the Bugs Issues to be seeable in the Bugs Dashboard as well.

First of all we need to know:

- Do you use Server/Data Center or Cloud Jira?

- Can you show us a screen of your Jira's Bug dashboard? (after that we can help you to know the dashboard's configurations "step-by-step").
