Jira Board has been showing up long time ago done tickets in Done column

Our Jira Board has been showing up long time ago done tickets in Done column. Even though our settings(Hide Completed issues older than = 1 week ) configured to only show items that were updated a week ago or less.

Please  Assist on this assistance.

please check:

• the status of the completed issue is mapped to the rightmost column in the board's configuration.

• the status of the completed status is from the "Done" category ("status is green")
• issues have updated date older than 1 week
• issues have resolution set
