Jira - BitBucket Integration Broken?

It looks like the Jira - BitBucket integration is not working. I looked at a bunch of issues and see the branches and links in BitBucket, but Jira shows no development activity.

Is something broken? It was working yesterday (and for the past year). There was one issue out of sync yesterday, and I updated the PR and it updated Jira at that point.

This resolved itself. Apparently it's flaking out today. Also had issue with Jira adding a new field, and it showing up on issues was "delayed" by about 30min to 1hr.
