Jira Backlog not working like before

Recently, multiple issues have appeared in MD Jira

1. Search turned case sensitive, would like it to not be case sensitive

2. Cannot reorder items in backlog by drag-drop, getting an error message when trying

3. now when I try to enter the project, it says there is no such project, but I’m still able to enter the same project from presaved links.

Hi @Artyom Naidich ,

1. Has always been the case (in the backlog search)

2. Like the error message indicates, check the filter configuration and make sure the Filter Query has "ORDER BY Rank ASC" or "ORDER BY Rank DESC" in it.

3. If you type in the project key in search, do you see the project under BOARDS, PROJECTS AND FILTERS?
