Hi. Although im getting a match on the JQL query to the right issues, the automation does not trigger the rule "The following issues did not match the condition:".
when i change the Condition to "Some match specified JQL", then it works but this way the JQL does not honor checking the second condition of checkign status to make sure its not in the done status. any ideas?
@Chahan Emirzade Have you resolved this issue yet? I'm having the same issues.
Hi @Chahan Emirzade ,
Could you try this JQL instead Summary ~ "Solution Design" and status not in (Done, Closed)

Hi @Niranjan Ive just tried it and it has not worked. see screenshots
Again the JQL seems to validate but the action is not being performed.
