Hi everyone! 👋

I’m working on in Jira and could use your expertise.

**My Scenario:**
- Our team manages 3 Jira projects (Dev, QA, Ops) but struggles with cross-pro visibility.
- We tested dashboards and Scrum boards but still have gaps.

How do you track dependencies between projects effectively?

Any plugins or Jira features (like Advanced Roadmaps) that helped you?

Welcome to the community, @angel mercado.

I am Marlene, product manager of Quick Filters for Jira Dashboards.

Our app is ideal for cross-team dashboards, since you are able to filter all Quick Gadgets per project using a Quick Controller gadget.

You would set up the Quick Gadgets that they show work items and statistics from all projects, and then filter down e.g. per project or epic using the Quick Controller gadget.

You can read more about cross-project dashboards in an article I published in the Atlassian Community recently.

You can try out Quick Filters for Jira Dashboards without installation on our demo dashboards.

Another app from us could also be interesting for you, which is called Deep Clone for Jira. You can automatically clone on a workflow transition into another projects. Which means if e.g. a Dev Release is relevant for Dev, you could automatically trigger a clone into project OPS once the status of the Dev ticket is set to done.

We described that with an Dev to Support Escalation use case, but of course it also works for other teams.

Hi Angel - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

For cross projects, you can either create an advanced roadmap (plan) that shows all 3 projects, or you can create a single board that shows issues from all three.  But your question does not line up with you "scenario". What exactly are you trying to do?
