Jira - Approve timesheet for an inactive user

How can I approve a user timesheet in Jira , if the user is inactive?

I got the error " Action not available for inactive user in Jira"

But the user doesn't work anymore for the company, and he does not belong to active Directory group (license group for Jira).

Can you please help me.

I am in version 8.13

Hi @Ana Paula Caldas, welcome to the community! 

This one is a bit tricky. The easiest way would be to reactivate the user. I'm assuming you're using Tempo Timesheets. If that's the case and reactivating the user is not possible, maybe using Tempo Rest API can help. I would suggest opening a support request with the App vendor.
