Jira App "Pro-Backup": Comments are not included in Backup

Hi,
in the trial of the Jira App "Pro Backup", everything works beside the backup and restore of Jira comments. It even shows a 0 when looking at the numbers how many issues and so on it made a backup from.
Any Ideas why?
