Hello everyone,
I have a quick question - until last year we had an active user in the company that had the role of "Jira Admin". Unfortunately, from the company he was the only one who was an Admin. Now, this user is no longer with the company and we cannot access as admins to jira (i.e., we want to create new people).
Is there a way to recover the jira admin in our case?

Does your company still have any users that have access as Organization Admins or Billing Admins, to administer your subscriptions through https://admin.atlassian.com ?
Organization Admins would have the ability to make other users Organization Admins and/or Jira Application Admins.
Can your company reactivate the user's email account and give the credentials to another user to login? Then that person could grant admin access to other current staff members.
If you have no admins left and can't reactivate the former admin's email address, your company can also contact the Billing, Licensing, and Purchasing team to get help. That team will require validation that your company does in fact own the subscription.
