I am unable to access our Jira Cloud instance and continuously receive the following error message after login:
"You're almost there. It looks like our database is taking a little longer than usual to sync up. Wait a few moments then try again."
Environment Details:
Product: Jira Cloud
Site URL: zeddigital.atlassian.net
Login Email: tharunsivaraj@zed.digital
Browser: Microsoft Edge
OS: Windows 11
Issue Details:
The issue occurs immediately after authentication.
Clicking "Try again" does not resolve the problem.
I already tried:
Incognito mode
Clearing browser cache/cookies
Different browser
Re-login attempts
The issue still persists.
Observed Behavior:
Login succeeds but access provisioning/database sync appears stuck.
Unable to access Jira dashboard or projects.
Please help investigate and resolve this issue.
We ran into this exact "You're almost there" loop recently. Sometimes clearing your browser cache and cookies forces a fresh session, but if it's a backend DB sync issue, you might just have to wait on Atlassian support.
