I am using on our on Premise Jira 8.13.2 the API V2.
According to the documentation, the method getRemoteIssueLinks responds with the Status of the remote issue link, especially the field "resolved" with true or false : https://docs.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/api/REST/8.13.2/#api/2/issue-getRemoteIssueLinks
In our case, it doesn't respond like that though:
The field "resolved" isn't there. According to the developer guide, the user needs to have browsing rights, which the user has. As you can see, in Jira itself, the status of the remote issues is displayed:
