Do the upgrade to 8.1.3, then log into it as an admin and go to "manage apps" and click on each "upgrade app" button that appears.

The "upgrade app" is disabled.. I do not see it in "manage apps". Any other solution.

If "upgrade app" is not there, then the app is already on the latest (valid) version.  Or there isn't a valid version for your version of Jira.

Your original screenshot is showing a set of fully upgraded apps, so there's nothing to do there.

Atlassian support will help you with an upgrade if you run into problems (assuming you have a valid licence for 25 or more users), but that will be on a case by case basis - you'll need to test the upgrade, and when you hit a problem, tell them what you've done differently to the upgrade docs and what the details of the problem are when you raise the support request.

If you want something more hand-holding, you'll need to talk to a partner - many of us provide upgrade assistance (or even doing the whole lot for you).  Yes, obviously, I work for one who does that sort of thing, but we might not be right for you, so have a look at https://partnerdirectory.atlassian.com/

The directory gives you the contact details for the partner(s) you choose.

Hi @Anuradha Yadav ,

You can check this https://confluence.atlassian.com/upm/checking-app-compatibility-with-application-updates-273875705.html page, for checking the app compatibility for your apps.

@Anuradha Yadav
Please also check what is in official documentation for upgrades:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/upgrading-jira-applications-938846936.html

Upgrading is not impossible - but there are several aspects to be considered. Especially if done for the first time.

In any case I'd recommend to do it on a non-production environment first.

The app overview is not the most critical parts for the goal of upgrading right now.
Like Nic said check back as soon as the upgrade of your instance has been executed and also upgrade the Apps.

@Anuradha Yadav , Please check with individual third party plugin vendor once after before upgrading your production instance, just in case all the compatible versions are available for Jira 8.1.3.
