Jira 7.6.2 SQL DB Login failure

After upgrading to 7.6.2, user can login, projects are shown, but no issues. There were a ton of them.

Re-index Search Index.

Based on your question and my response, I figured out that all I needed was to re-index the Search Index.

That took care of it.
