Japanese Characters not being imported correctly via CSV (UTF-8 encoding)

I am having problems when importing CSV files from Monday.com to Jira with Japanese Characters written in the summary of the item (read title / name)
The titles are written half in english half in japanese, only the titlle (mapped summary field) doesn't import the information correctly.
Can someone give me some light on this?
