JWM free plan but show 0 free user

Dear Atlassian experts,

I am using Jira and Jwm at same time, both of them is free plan.

I had use 5 user quota in Jira, and last week I activate Jwm, however it's show 0 free users avaliable.

Because of Jira web site show Jwm offer 10 users for free.

FYR, this is the screenshot shown when I click on Administration page.

So may I please to know is it anyway to claim free user for Jwm?

That screen is showing you how many of the Free licenses have been used.

You have granted 5 people access to Jira Software, so you have 5 more free licenses available for Jira Software.

You have not granted any users access to Jira Work Management, so you it is showing 0 licenses used. You still have your 10 free licenses available for that product.
