JSD Embed - impacts of removing this code

Hi Community, 
I am a new PM to the org, and trying to track down the impacts of removing JSD Embed code in our website. None of the devs can remember who added or when, and it is currently blocking some functionality. 

We have a temporary fix through GTM, but want to remove the line altogether. Not sure if there is away to track what code or system impacts there may be ahead of going to prod.
