Hi,
I have a question about opening knowledge base PDF file in JSD customer portal.
The scenario is when I input keyword in the search help of JSD customer portal, then the system display the match result lists. Then I click one of the search result with PDF, the system display the first page of the PDF. I click the PDF, unfortunately, the system download the document for me. But I want the system display the PDF on-line, not download.
Could anyone can support this ?
