The Java version you are trying to run Jira on is not supported!

You need to install one of those Java versions that are compatible with Jira version: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/supported-platforms-938846830.html

(As a matter of fact, the Jira installer is shipped with a Java JVM in it. The easiest is if you use that Java.)
