JQLEditorAsync for Forge Remote

Hi 👋 as far as I can see, JQLEditorAsync does not work in Forge Remote. I tried component from https://www.npmjs.com/package/@atlassianlabs/jql-editor-forge?activeTab=readme but it does not work properly with React 18 (it is intended to be used with React 16). Is there a working version for React 18 or some other workaround? Thanks in advance for your help.

Are you encountering an error? If so, what specific errors are you facing?

I have been using the jql-editor's 2.0.1 version (not the thin wrapper but the original one) with React 18.3.1 without any problems.
