Hi @Sachin Pawaskar

Please contact with your jira admin. commentLastUpdatedOnDate is not native JQL function. It is provided by marketplace apps like JQL Search Extensions.

If app is working correctly please contact with app vendor -> https://support.appfire.com/portal/11

Seba

Hi @Sachin Pawaskar and welcome to the Atlassian community,

the function you've mentioned is not part of the default functions within Jira. Instead, it is provided by the marketplace app JQL Search Extensions.

My assumption is, that the app was deactivated or deinstalled and therefor the JQL function isn't there anymore.

You should reach out to your Cloud administrator(s) to learn what has happened about the app. It's also possible that it was just installed as a trial and the trial has run out.

Greetings
Philipp
