JQL making Swimlane disappear

Hi there! 

I am trying to create a JQL to have certain tickets that have the W4W GRSP option in the custom field to be moved automatically to the proper swim-lane. When i attempted it first and changed the Nature of request to other, the swim-lane appeared, once i created the custom field W4W and updated the JQL the swim-lane has disappeared. Any insight on what may be the problem?

Jira hides empty swimlanes, so the JQL for your swimlane must be set up to not return any issues.  What does the JQL for this swimlane say?
