JQL for label field to exclude results from another label (custom) field
We use labels in our Service Desk to capture information on which is the affected application. We also have a custom field (cf12418) to capture information on which specific program is affected within a particular application.
Some users have erroneously been using the Label (application name) field to enter program name (custom field).
I need a JQL on the Label field to exclude results if the value is found in the custom field.
Hopefully, this is possible.
