Hi,

I#ve run into automation rule throttling - it's astounding how long single rules take to complete. I had to import > 1.250 issues and look up some fields from other issues.

The problem is that after about half of the import, my automation rule was throtteled.

not anticipating this, I didn't make any provision to track the status. So now I'm looking to find out for which issues I'll have to run the automation manually. I can't look into the rules executions for ~600 issues ;-).

Is there a way in Jira SW Cloud to find out for which issues the rule has been run / has not been run? Ideally there is something for this in JQL.

Hi Arnd,

You should be able to tell which issues have been created today (or whenever you ran the import).

Hi @Arnd Layer

Using Scheduled Trigger In the same rule that was throttled, ensure the option "Only include issues that have changed since the last time this rule executed" is checked.

Best regards

Sam
