JQL : History of Project needed for Moved Issues

We have some Re-Orgs effecting the scope View. We have moved Issue items from Project X to Project Y. So the Issue X-123 is now Y-245. I want to write a Query where i get a list of all Y-245 (and kinds). I do not want to see in this list Y-787 which was created in Project Y and could be  Child hierarchy level of Y-245 (originally moved from X).

So i need to see list of Issues which have been "Moved" only . Project does not support a History values when i tried Project Was "X" in my JQL.

Dear Nitesh,

As I know there is no option for JQL to get issue key changes.

By you can find it into DB via SQL. 

You need admin permission on DB for this.
