We are currently facing issues accessing the system. We are unable to check the backlog, view the board, or access any projects from Jira.
When we assign project access to a user’s email ID, they receive the invitation email; however, they are not able to join or access the project.
Please let us know if this issue is related to subscription or licensing. We have not purchased any subscription yet, so kindly share the applicable costing and available subscription plans.
