JIra login loop

Just create a new Jira instance. I was able to set up the license key and admin user. I need to now go into user management under admin but when i try to login with this admin account i set up it keeps sending me back to the same login page with the same message in yellow below.

"You must log in as an administrator to access this page."

I've seen multiple versions of login loop in question form here but none have solved it, so any suggestions before i go insane is very much appreciated cheers.

It seem like you are having issue with a administrator login in JIRA. You can just disable the secure administrator session by adding below line in your jira-config.properties.

jira.websudo.is.disabled = true

 You will need to restart your JIRA server for this setting to take effect
