×Hi people. As a Jira Administrator I would like to standarize columns showed in Project (list view and all work item view).Instead, I created a personalized view but only is valid for mi user, The other users of proyect see all the columns
I need to replicate my view in the rest of people to make more user friendly.
I share dashboards, filters for all the member of project, but when they access see all without my personalization.
The same happens with favorites. Exist a way to make favorites for all members? Or each member need to add to favorite the dashboard or filter?
Thanks in advance!
Alejandra
On filters use the plus sign and then you can see "My defaults", "Filter defaults" or "System defaults"
Based on Filter default you can set the default columns of a filter. Users can still change it, but when using the filter again, it will default to the filter default setting.
Favouriting is a personal user setting, this can't be set for all users.

I trust that you were able to resolve your problem based on Marc's great answer!
Just for future reference: If you are open to solutions from the Atlassian Marketplace, you may want to have a look at the app that my team and I are working on: JXL for Jira.
JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view for your issues that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting, and filtering by all your issue fields, much like you’d do in e.g. Excel or Google Sheets. It also comes with a range of advanced features - including support for (configurable) issue hierarchies, issue grouping by any issue field(s), sum-ups, or conditional formatting - and works across any number of projects.
Plus, any changes that you make to the fields of your view are, by default, shared with all your team members! You can create as many sheets as you want, so you have full control over which configurations you want to provide to your team.
This is how it looks in action:
Any questions just let me know,
Best,
Hannes
