JIRA user login issue

I have a JIRA user that logs in but sees nothing on his dashboard. When he tries to view projects, he is told to login again but is not taken to a log in screen. Need help.

Hi Brett,

There are few things you need to check:

1. Administration -> User Management -> search for username and take notes all groups & roles that she belong to.

2. Then check on Global permission to verify whether any groups that she belong to has JIRA-Users global permission or not.

3. Go to Project -> View All Projects, then click on the mentioned project. On Administration tab click on Permissions, then verify whether she belong to any groups / role that is assolicated to Browse Project permission.
