JIRA to ALM connectivity

Hi Team,

Some one can help me, how to integrate from JIRA to  HP ALM. We are using both the tools for defect tracking. By end of the day , need conbsolidated  defect report.

For that, we are looking for options to connect JIRA to ALM connectivity, please advise.
