JIRA ticket workdays age calculation which exclude one status time

Hi,

I need to calculate the total age of each and every issues which i need to exclude the last status - closed, In that total age of issue, i need to exclude one status(pending on customer) age.

This is required for SLA calculation and which we need to exclude the pending on customer issue.
