Hi,
How do I make each issues / tickets raised confiential or private so others won't see other concerns or requests? Attached is how my office experience board looks like. So whenever I ask an employee to raise a ticket for their request, they see all requests of other employees.
Thank you so much!
Samantha
Hi @Samantha Mendoza ,
Issue Security allows you to control who can and cannot view issues. They consist of a number of security levels which can have users/groups assigned to them.

Thanks so much for the prompt response. I am not sure if my access is limited as I cannot find any of those words (ie issue security scheme, issue attributes on the settings icon) on my end.
Anyhow, I tried requesting an access from the JIRA admin. I hope thats the correct thing to do just like the one attached highlighed in yellow.
Thanks so much in advance for your help :(
PS. I used to be an Atlassian and resigned last year though Im not sure if there's a difference on the interface when you're a client and an Atlassian employee. haha Our JIRA looks different at Atlassian before or maybe it was already set-up whereas now, I'm still setting it up.
Thanks again,
Samantha
