JIRA strikethrough text turns red on Word export

Having an issue I can't seem to pinpoint.

Strikethrough text appears black on the issue itself, but when exporting to Word, it displays red. Is there a way to prevent this? I would like strikethrough text to remain black, and any other RTF options to display as entered. This happens when I export a single issue to Word.

This is also happening when I pull the data from JIRA into a Confluence table and then export to Word. 

I should note that I do not have access to new plugins due to policies at work.

Running Jira v8.20.12

Any insight would be appreciated.
