I was reviewing one of our workflows in Text and noticed that one of the statuses shows the linked step as a red '?'. I am unable to fix the linked step in an active workflow so I copied the workflow, fixed the link and attempted to replace the bad workflow with the corrected one. Everything is normal until I attempt to publish the newly mapped workflow. I get a full list of all the issue types (as usual) but there is no indication of how many issues of each type and the current status and new status all just show workflow names. I cannot make any changes.
I have tested the ability to publish workflows with status changes in another project and it works fine so this seems to be specific to this project.
We have run the integrity checker and it does not find any problems. Do you have any suggestions?
