JIRA server - sprint and boards missing after restore system

We ran a backup to server on a Cloud instance. When we restored the system on JIRA 8.13 server, all the issues, user groups, workflows restored but Sprints and Boards are missing. We have SQL set up and have JIRA server connected to sql. Please help!

Hi Sandy,

did I understand it right you had a Jira Cloud instance and made the move to Jira server?

If so, there are some restrictions. From documentation is reads that Jira Cloud is typically ahead of Jira Server, which means that some features may not be available after you've moved to Jira Server.

SQL is the basis for Jira server (common ones are MySQL and PostgreSQL) - this is most likely not the root cause for missing Sprints and Boards.
