My question - can I have in one portfolio plan team who is estimating in story points and team who is estimating in hours?
We have not established one common way of estimations for all team in company, but in one portfolio plan should work teams together with different estimation approaches (story points and hour estimates).
If this is not possible by default, maybe there are some workarounds?

Hi Janis,
Portfolio plans only support a single planning unit at a time, and the estimate field on the scope table always changes to the plan's configured planning unit. Eg. if your plan uses story points then the estimate field will be story points. If you change to days then the estimate column will also change.
However you can have a mix of estimation types on the issues within a single plan by configuring a "conversion factor" to convert day estimates into story points.
To enable this, go to the issue sources tab off the plan configuration and click "Advanced settings" next to an issue source, then set your conversion factor.
This conversion works in both directions, so you can choose whether you want the plan's natural unit to be story points or days/hours. The teams within your plan will still use the plan's unit though.
