JIRA not starting due to connection issues.

hi,

Jira is not starting and in the logs it's stuck over this -

StreamsCompletionService::thread-3 WARN anonymous com.atlassian.streams.internal.ActivityProviderConnectionMonitorImpl:activityProviderMonitor [atlassian.streams.internal.ActivityProviderConnectionMonitorImpl$ActivityMonitorJob] Could not reach provider Fisheye; it will be omitted from the stream. The connection will be retried in 5 minutes

Any inputs are welcome.

it was network issue, it's fixed now.
