Currently we have our JIRA in its cloud version, but now we would like to have it in our own server. I had notice that the cloud version of our JIRA is 7.1 and the server version is 7.0.1, so I had to look for a 7.1 version and downloaded it from https://developer.atlassian.com/jiradev/latest-updates/jira-eap-releases/jira-7-1-eap-release-notes/jira-software-7-1-eap-01-m02-release-notes, which is an EAP version.
So after installing this version on our server and restored the DB I see this message in JIRA : "JIRA Software is currently unavailable. This might be because an upgrade task has failed to run or has not yet completed." is this, some how, related to this EAP version I had installed on our server?. Is there an Official JIRA 7.1 server version to download ?. Is there any migration tool that can help us in this task, migrating from cloud to server?.
Thanks in advance!.
PS: we have Postgres 9.3 installed.
JIRA 7.1 was released on Feb 11: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftware/jira-software-7-1-x-release-notes-788728210.html
