JIRA issue detail view at the bottom

Is there a way in JIRA to have the issue details pane appear at the bottom rather than on the right hand side when using the issue "Detail View"?? This was requested by many users who have their monitors rotated to a vertical orientation. Using JIRA v7.1.2.

There is no supported or configurable way. You can achieve this by modifying sources but this does not look like solution for you.
