Hi @Smriti Priya

I am wondering if the trouble you encounter with the instance happened after an upgrade, a restart of your Jira instance / server or if it came totally out of the blue?

Likely there are more errors from the logfiles which could tell why you cannot connect to your Jira instance.

Overall, a better understanding of your deployment and your system would be needed to say something more specific. In case you could tell us some more details usually somebody here in Community will be able to go into details more likely.

More as a general tip is the great documentation about troubleshooting which is available here:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/common-causes-for-jira-server-crashes-and-performance-issues-203394749.html
In order to be able to recommend a more specific link, however the root cause must be found first. From experience, in cases like yours several symptoms overlap and the first apparent error is sometimes only a subsequent fault of a bigger problem - the suggestion to check the database I found is a very important one, so please check this also.

Please also refer to the tips Pramodh wrote down earlier.

Regards,
Daniel

Hi @Smriti Priya

These are problems that may be causing the server from being accessible from the browser

Check the Java Version you are running and follow the link below to fix it https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Answers-Developer-Questions/About-AWT-EventQueue-0-java-lang-ClassCastException/qaq-p/472165

Check if you get any errors from the h2 DB connection. If yes you may want to reimport the system from backup

Thanks,
Pramodh
