JIRA import missing attachments

Hi,

I had a version of JIRA 5.5 (i think..) self hosted. Unfortunately the server went a bit pear shaped, so I decided to move to on demand.

I managed to recover a backup file and zip up the attachments folder and placed on my webdav.

I ran jira import - and all the issues are there. However - no attachments.

Why is this? Difference in versions ?
