JIRA email notification issue on comment mention @

Is there any way that we can show the name of the person mentioned in the JIRA comments instead of [~accountid:557058:58e77ac2-323a-4559-a7db-4c667ff9b44d]? See screenshot below:

I believe Atlassian recently implementing these changes on cloud due to GDPR regulations. I don't use cloud so can be wrong too.
