JIRA doesn't start up after update

My JIRA Server doesn't start up since the last update. The catalina.out Logfile says: "RuntimeException: Login not available, JIRA not ready yet"

Problem was that the update deleted my server.xml configuration. After repairing it, it started up normally.

Please inspect atlassian-jira.log. There you can find a cause of problem.

This log says exactly the same, useless information.
