We have a user with the following attachment permissions:
- Can create attachments
- Can delete own attachments
- Cannot delete all attachments
As an admin, when visiting the ticket in question, I see the attachments with their file names, but when I visit as the affected user, these names are replaced with temporary_attachment. Is there some sort of permission that could be causing this?
