I created the same automation as suggested in this post https://community.atlassian.com/forums/App-Central-questions/JIRA-automation-when-all-items-in-checklist-are-done-then-change/qaq-p/2696107
but my automation does not detect that all is complete
I added an audit log to know the value of "checklost completed" but this field is empty
How can I make the rule work?

This automation in that post is based on that the 3rd party marketplace app Checklists for Jira (Pro) by HeroCoders, are you using the same app or a different one?

Are you using the correct field as this post is over a year old the app might has evolved and the working changed.
Is the checklist a local project or a global checklist, this is important, based on the app documentation.
"The field only stores the completion status of local checklists associated with the issue, not global checklists."
So if the checklist is a global defined one, this field can't be used.
