I saw that there is an issue when someone wants to display the description that contains a table. However, I have not found any solution yet.
background: I have an issue in which the description has a table
goal: I would like to send an automated e-mail that includes that description with the table properly displayed.
When sending the e-mail the {{trigerissue.description}} does not format the table, but provides something like this
||Col1||Col2||Col3||
|A|B|C|
|1|2|3|

Are you using the Send Email action or the Send Customized Email action?
I haven't fully figured this out, but using the Send Customized Email action is getting closer to a table format. I haven't figured out how to make the table borders display.

Though it is still not in a format that could be accepted for a high-level e-mail. I am wondering if with additional formatting in the description, there is a chance to have an impact on the e-mail format.

I used some of the other rich text formatting options and got this, without changing what I had in the Send customized email action. I did not test all possibilities.
